General work description: The work to be done generally consists of installing ADA compliant curb ramps at multiple locations and applying two types of surface treatments on various roads in the Rodeo area: a type II fiberized slurry seal, or cold plane and overlay with hot mix asphalt (HMA). Work involves vegetation removal, edge grinding, removal of existing thermoplastic stripes and pavement markings, removal of existing curb and sidewalk, setting survey monuments, and placing of thermoplastic striping and pavement markings.

General work description: The work generally consists of reconstructing the east bank of Pinole Creek located between Henry Avenue and I-80, in the City of Pinole. Work includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, embankment reconstruction, placement of soil-filled rock slope protection, temporary creek diversion and dewatering, temporary traffic control, hydroseeding, and pavement reconstruction.

The County of Contra Costa ("County''), the Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is requesting proposals for design-build services to include, but not limited to, Security Surveillance Video and Door Control Systems at the Juvenile Hall at 202 Glacier Drive, Martinez, CA 94553 ("Project'').

The County of Contra Costa ("County"), through its Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to deliver design-build services for the County's fleet Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) network projects and that the County has determined that all Design-Build Entities ("Design-Builder'') must be prequalified.

General work description: The work to be done generally consists of replacing the existing Wildcat Creek fish ladder with a concrete step pool system, roughened ramp channel with grouted boulders and deflection bollards, desilting and expanding the sediment basin, constructing RSP training berms with plant tubes, constructing access platforms, regrading the basin area, reconstructing a gravel trail, and modifying the upstream channel by replacing a grouted rock section with gravel and fines in the North Richmond area. Work includes shoring, stream diversion, and dewatering.

General work description: The work generally consists of reconstructing the west bank of Rodeo Creek at two locations: (1) about 100 feet north of Seventh Street and (2) approximately 150 feet north of Fourth Street in the Rodeo area. Work includes channel excavation, clearing and grubbing, removal of sediment, embankment reconstruction, placement of soil-filled rock slope protection, temporary creek diversion and dewatering, temporary traffic control, hydroseeding, MGS installation, and pavement reconstruction.

General work description: The work to be done generally consists of raising the western levee along Grayson Creek and Walnut Creek between State Route 4 to the south and BNSF railroad tracks to the north to increase the flood protection for the CCCSD wastewater treatment plant located in Martinez. Work includes placing and compacting levee fill, constructing concrete flood walls, reconstructing a concrete maintenance road, removing railroad tracks, replacing fence and gates, paving driveway conforms and adjusting and relocating various utilities.

In accordance with its Notice of Request for Qualifications of Design/Build Entities, the County of Contra Costa (“County”), the Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is requesting qualifications for design-build services to include, but not be limited to, foundation leveling, foundation repair or replacement, and building repairs to fix damages caused by movement of the building foundation at the Hope House at 300 Ilene Street, Martinez, CA 94553 (“Project”) and that the County has determined that all Design-Build Entities (“Design-Builders”) must be prequalified.

In accordance with its Notice of Request for Prequalification of Design/Build Entities, the County of Contra Costa (“County”), the Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is requesting qualifications for design-build services to include but not limited to Security Surveillance Video, and Door Control Systems at the Juvenile Hall (“Project”) and that the County has determined that all Design-Build Entities (“Design-Builder”) must be prequalified.
