RFQ - Hope House Foundation Repairs
In accordance with its Notice of Request for Qualifications of Design/Build Entities, the County of Contra Costa (“County”), the Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is requesting qualifications for design-build services to include, but not be limited to, foundation leveling, foundation repair or replacement, and building repairs to fix damages caused by movement of the building foundation at the Hope House at 300 Ilene Street, Martinez, CA 94553 (“Project”) and that the County has determined that all Design-Build Entities (“Design-Builders”) must be prequalified.

The estimated Project construction costs, including Design-Build A/E fees and Owner allowance is approximately $4,400,000.
Interested DBEs must attend a Mandatory Pre-SOQ Conference. The focus of the conference is to review the RFQ process and submittal requirements, general project scope, and the selection process. A designated representative(employed by the DBE) must attend this conference on the DBE’s behalf.
