San Pablo Dam Road and Bailey Road Signal Hardware Upgrades Project

General work description: The work to be done generally consists of upgrading traffic signal hardware, installing Advanced Dilemma Detection Zone using video/radar signal detection systems, and improving pedestrian crossing signal hardware at 9 intersections on San Pablo Dam Road between El Portal Drive and Castro Ranch Road in the El Sobrante area, and 2 intersections on Bailey Road between Canal Road and Willow Pass Road in Bay Point.
