he work to be done generally consists of excavating creek channel banks, stockpiling soil on adjacent parcel, installing steel soldier pile and lagging wall, installing rock slope protection, installing pedestrian bridge, installing irrigation system, hardscaping, and installing or modifying appurtenances needed to widen Marsh Creek flood control channel.
