2020 Surface Treatment Project

The project consists of applying a type II slurry seal treatment to streets in the El Sobrante area and a micro-surface treatment to streets in the Alamo and North Richmond areas as shown on the plans. Work will also include surface preparation (edge grinding), tree trimming, striping removal, and placement of thermoplastic striping and pavement markings.
