The types, sizes, and locations of projects will vary. Typical projects may include new construction, building renovations or modernizations, remodeling of an entire building or specific areas within a building, tenant improvements, exterior building restorations, MEP upgrades, structural improvements, code-related improvements and deferred maintenance.

Types of County facilities may include office buildings, call centers, detention and secured facilities, fire stations, and health and medical facilities. Projects may include new “ground up” facilities. Assignments may also include investigations, studies, and reports. Projects may include Fire Protection District buildings and projects. It is unknown at this time how many assignments will be issued or whether the entire total contract amount will be utilized.
