•Fire Station No. 86, Bay Point (Willow Pass and Goble Drive)
Anticipated Construction Cost: $11 Million
Project Description: Project includes the construction of a new 10,000 sf one-story fire station (5,000 sf
Living Area and 5,000 sf Apparatus Bay). The Bay Point site proposal is a one-story building
including 7 firefighter dorm rooms across from 3 gender-neutral restrooms. The station has 3
apparatus bays, a separate support area on the opposite side for turnout, SCBA, and cleanup
spaces. The site includes visitor parking spaces, secured firefighter parking in the back, a
generator and an emergency fuel tank.
• Fire Station No. 9, Pacheco (Center Avenue and Willow Street)
Anticipated Construction Cost: $16 Million
Project Description: Project includes the construction of a new 10,000 sf one-story fire station (5,000 sf
Living Area and 5,000 sf Apparatus Bay). The Pacheco site proposal is a one-story building
including 4 firefighter dorm rooms across from 3 gender-neutral restrooms, and a Battalion Chief
living quarters, with an adjacent office space. The station has 3 apparatus bays, a separate support
area on the opposite side for turnout, SCBA, and cleanup spaces. The site includes visitor parking
spaces, secured firefighter parking in the back, a generator and an emergency fuel tank.
CCCFPD Communications Center Remodel
Anticipated Construction Cost: $1.4 Million
Project Description: Interior remodel and improvements to existing emergency communications center
including dorm room reconfiguration and expansion, restroom expansion and ada improvements,
storage and gym room expansion, and electrical and mechanical improvements.
