RFQ for Construction Management (CM) Services

The County is in the process of reviewing development options for 651 Pine Street and for Annex of the Old Jail Property at 650 Pine Street. First phase will be demolition of existing buildings and second phase will be redevelopment. In addition, the Fire District is completing design documents for new 10,000 sf one-story Fire Station No. 9 in Pacheco, and for new 10,000 sf one-story Fire Station No. 86 in Bay Point. Currently, fire station projects are in final design and will proceed for permitting and bidding in a couple of months. These Facilities will be designed to achieve a LEED silver rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. M services will include project management pre-construction, construction phase and project closeout services. A more detailed description of the scope of work is provided in the RFQ.
